This year, we have seen a huge increase in company off-sites as clients have taken the opportunity to re-connect with their employees after the Zoom fatigue of recent years. As many employees are working hybrid, splitting their working time between home and the office, it is important to give employees a change of scenery and a chance to reconnect with their colleagues.
