The AOK Creative event team support our clients in planning their exciting events, as an extension to their team.
Your dedicated Event Manager and team would plan and deliver the requirements of all events, ensuring your guests’ needs are met, and exceeded. Please see below some of the main key elements of our event management services – essentially our job will be to make everything as simple and stress free as possible for you!
What we do
- An AOK Event Manager would support you on the event as required, as an extension to your team
- All supplier management – venue, catering, entertainment, production, etc.
- We would plan and attend site visits to plan the experience with you
- We create an event master schedule which will include all supplier details, a breakdown of timings throughout and any relevant notes for everyone to be aware of
- Regular contact meetings and updates
- Assistance with ideas to enhance the experience and securing the best suppliers, entertainers, etc.
- On site management to include your event manager for a full day and an events assistant for the live event times
- We generate a full risk assessment as well as making sure we have RAMS from all suppliers
- Budget management – we create a full breakdown of costs which we keep updated
- Post event de-brief
